    We’re celebrating our beloved 'Mixing Up Midlife' since we just hit a HUGE milestone- our 200th episode!  It's been a wild ride filled with adventures, curiosity, and, well, some unexpected steamy book moments. Fourth Wing had us blushing a bit! If you haven’t read it,  it's like 'Hunger Games' but with dragons, a touch of magic, and a whole lot of steaminess. Melissa and Terri have finally launched the Ageless Adventure Bingo Card- it’s all about making goal-setting fun and gamified - think of it as a nudge to try new stuff in a playful way.
