This is part 2 of our podcast series on transgender population and their medical journey with the transition from female to male. The information discussed includes WPATH requirements for surgery, medical procedures beginning with hysterectomy with Vaginectomy, Top Surgery, Metodioplasty, and Phalloplasty. With each of these procedures, we will provide information on expectations of pre and post-op medical and physical therapy appointments and specific PT interventions including education, scar tissue mobilization, stretching, lymph massage, and dilator training.

He is American Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. During this podcast we discuss the intricacies of endometriosis in regards to its symptoms, types, differential diagnosis and the multidisciplinary treatment approaches. Specific treatments topics include medications, physical therapy, trigger point injections through the abdominal wall and pelvic floor, laparoscopy and the difference in surgery and outcome with ablation versus excision.
