Such a great show and strong message for women focused on building muscle, getting strong, and fueling your body vs. trying to lose weight or be skinny. Love the chemistry between Ashleigh and Rachel (stories, anecdotes, quirks). Definitely reliant on the latest scientific literature but simplified to be accessible and actionable. Fire! 🔥

This show is the perfect balance of science and real talk! Ashleigh and Rachel bring such a refreshing and relatable approach to health and fitness, specially tailored for women. They’re both incredibly knowledgeable in their fields, but they break things down in a way that’s easy to understand and super motivating.

Started at episode 1 after a search for building muscles for women. The episodes are fun and full of free information, confirmations and reminders! So unfortunate I have to wait week to week now for new episodes as I am all caught up.
