To celebrate the one-year anniversary of the release of my book, “Regala Healing,” this show offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into Dr. Paulina’s life and how it shaped the “birth” of Regala Healing-- a book of 100 healing poems. Twice a month, Dr. Paulina facilitates meditation/mindfulness activities. Using her poems and life stories as a foundation, she explores topics that promote self-care, self-love, self-understanding, self-compassion, and other health-promoting and soothing subjects.
