Customer ReviewsSee All
I first came across My Niche is Human podcast when a common IG friend of Steven and myself shared one of Steven IG stories that really spoke to me. I then went to Steven’s IG and noticed that he had a podcast about mental health and thought I should check it out being that it is something that resonates deeply with me and I could not be more pleased with my decision to give it a listen and subscribing. The way Steven is able to share so candidly about his own struggles with mental health and his triumphs of coming to self realization while learning to deal with issues when they arise in a positive and productive manner have been an extreme encouragement to me and helped me feel more at ease when sharing my own story with others in my circle. Not only is the subject matter of the podcast great but Steven’s sincerity with his guest is refreshing and his to ability to interview people is very impressive as well. Looking forward to hearing more as more podcast are released.
How to talk about your mental health
It was very exciting for me to listen to these two brilliant people talk about their own personal experiences with mental health issues in every day ordinary language. I grew up in the very negative stigma of bi-polar and alcoholism. It shaped my life. I am in the process of unlearning all that negative thinking and reframing every memory I can summon with a new perspective. Thank you Steven and Mallory for “normalizing” the whole realm of mental health. We are witnessing evolution in process. Claudette
