Not only has this show awakened me to my unhealed parts and how to find relief, it has inspired me to follow on a personal journey of inner growth, changing careers to become a therapist. I love listening to the daily podcast episodes, I learn so much about life, the brain, how were affected by trauma and others, and they are some of the most gentle and wise counselors I have heard on the radio.
