Welcome to a new year and new season of the Choose To Play Big podcast! In this episode, I look at what it means to choose to play big in life. I cover what led me on this path to create my new offerings, where I took risks and found myself supported by the universe. 

Since it is a time for inner reflection, I also cover my plans for the year.

I started by talking about the reframing of the podcast from when it used to be called Creative Natural Living and what content you can still expect to find here. 

I discuss the launch of my new low-impact intuitive dance group and how this led me to a new avenue I'm exploring with my newsletter. I also explore the other offerings that I plan to launch over 2022 and how they are shaping up.
