    Tamara is a Meditation Teacher and Self-love Coach. She shares her incredible story of how she immigrated with her husband at the time from Germany to San Diego in January 2017. And only one year later, she got divorced and found herself in a very dark place. She was somehow led to hire a life coach and was guided through her first healing Inner-Child-Meditation. That experience changed her life, and got her into a regular meditation practice. Realizing all the benefits of meditation, and what it had done for her, she started leading meditations with her coaching clients, at her workshops and at the startup-company she worked for. Her meditations were magical and it was clear that there was a major need for it. Now she is leading people through healing meditations in several Yoga studios and gyms throughout San Diego.
