Factual Nutrition Info

I found Martin as I was about to abandon gluten & dairy after dealing with PCOS for years. Serendipity. He uses real data and debunks the trends and myths that are so pervasive in our world today. While I enjoy his podcasts, his social media is fantastic - and has elements of fun in the often heavy world.

Don’t record while on the stair master!

I love your podcasts and have listened to all of them. However, this last one that you recorded while on the stair master and obviously out of breath with poor recording quality, it was so stressful to listen to you. Normally, your voice is soothing and I can listen to your content. I was stressed out this Monday morning with my son losing his homework and having to get to school, conflicts with my autistic and adhd extended family, and I had a touch too much caffeine and then listening to you, aggghhh.

Easy to listen to and great information. I loved the “rant” podcast as much as the others, if not more! Looking forward to more rants lol
