#98: NUTRITION - Research on the Hormonal Responses to Organic vs Fast Food Consumption
Are you putting the 'wrong fuel in your Ferrari'.... lol. This analogy is dumb when it comes to Fat Loss... and we have the research on humans we can look at. High 'quality' organic food vs Fast Food. In this week’s episode I explain what the body of evidence in this area is actually saying and clear up any confusion surrounding whether the type of foods we are consuming is more significant than the Calorie content when it comes to losing weight!

Factual Nutrition Info
I found Martin as I was about to abandon gluten & dairy after dealing with PCOS for years. Serendipity. He uses real data and debunks the trends and myths that are so pervasive in our world today. While I enjoy his podcasts, his social media is fantastic - and has elements of fun in the often heavy world.
Great Podcast
Easy to listen to and great information. I loved the “rant” podcast as much as the others, if not more! Looking forward to more rants lol
I’d rate it higher then a 5 if I could!
Martin and this podcast is just too good. So good I listen to several episodes a day, while cooking and running errands. Heard about Martin after hearing his incredible episode in the Jordan Syatt podcast and have been hooked on his information in podcasts and instagram ever since. I have learned so much from him and the way he presents the information is unmatched. Especially enjoy his references to people as “Gimps” sprinkled in amongst the incredibly intelligent facts - bloody brilliant 😂
