Hi Alex and Aneysa! This is your uncle getting the ball rolling on reviews. Great subject matter. I love the impulse to bring education and healing to the masses! My one complaint would be to research a bit more. The episode about gaslighting seemed to be more about abusive behavior generally than gaslighting specifically. It seems like maybe the concept of gaslighting was your window into these kinds of things and you’re anchoring your entire wellness philosophy around it? idk. In any case, keep em coming!
