Great podcast

I’ve learned so much from this podcast and try to spread knowledge of what I’ve learned to anyone that will listen. I love that he openly discusses biases within studies and how they can skew results. I’ve lost 30 lbs by slowly incorporating his suggestions into my diet. Keep up the good work!

Love this podcast! Thanks, Dr. Greger!

I really enjoy this podcast.
Dr. Greger is funny and makes the podcasts interesting.
Like that the information is evidence based.
Wish there were better quality studies on nutrition but that’s not Dr. Greger’s fault.
I’ll keep tuning in.
Also love that he does this without ads, as a public service.
His grandmother would be proud. 🙂

Thanks, Dr. Greger.
