We will be diving into the topic of quiet quitting; the reasons why it happens, how to avoid it as a boss, and the experiences that both Lyndal and I have had with it.
    Lyndal Larkin is an accomplished and passionate Leadership Development Expert and Executive Coach. She has spent the past 20+ years as an HR executive in diverse industries ranging from early and mid-stage tech start-ups to luxury hospitality and global retail. As a high-energy and collaborative thought partner, Lyndal's passion is supporting organizations to build Ready-Now Leaders with deliberate strategies, systems, and skills.
