Although being a Chelsea fan (don't hold that agains him) he is one of the good guys and nicest blokes within this industry, which is a better place with him in it.
Leslie & Co has grown to be a great business over the past years and no doubt will continue to do amazing things.
If you want to learn from someone who has shown that things can be done a different way, this is definitely a conversation you don' want to miss. -
Episode 109: Kristjan Byfield

He is well known as 'The Viking' and I can't quite believe it took me this long to get him on the podcast.
One of the nicest guys you could meet, he is passionate about transforming the way agents, landlords, and tenants manage and interact on all tenancy security deposit matters, using cutting-edge technology and best practices.
With over 21 years experience in the London real estate market, he has won multiple awards and recognitions for his excellence and innovation in property management.

Today's guest has over 25 years of experience in learning and development.
She has spent many of those years training and managing in some of the biggest estate agencies in the country, so there is definitely plenty you're going to learn from this conversation.

There are lots of learnings to implement from this conversation that could transform your business. -
Episode 106: Amy Shields
Today's guest is the commercial director at Smart Compliance.
Not only that, but she is also a committee member for Women In Estate Agency and a mentor for Agents Together.
This was such a valuable conversation with someone who has acted as both an agent and supplier in the property profession over her 20 years of experience and had such great advice to share.
Her LinkedIn bio says 'Get up, dress up, show up and never give up!' and you will get what she means when listening to our conversation. -
