Silly Slice of Community

For any ADHDers who want to feel uncomfortably but laughably seen, please check it out! (Bonus points for it being a great background podcast to help you focus at work like a true ADHDisaster). The hosts have an inviting nature about them and a solidly-founded rapport that makes you want to just sit in their living room and have a chaotic tea party with them. Like I don’t need to be an active participant in the tea party I can just sit there with a cute cup and witness the delightful disaster unfold before my very eyes. Dopamine trampoline is a fun way to button the episodes and celebrate our enthusiasm in a similar vein to Wonderful! Podcast, and honestly if you’re a fan of the McElroy family you’ll be a fan of Jordan and Lex, too!

An educational laugh

I don’t have ADHD - but still love listening to these two! They’re super funny, and I love learning more about ADHD so I can better understand and support friends and family who have it.

Just a ding dang delight

This podcast is informative and educational a la Sawbones, but hones in on the experience of people with ADHD as well as other neurodivergencies (is that a word? ehh, who cares, it is now). And then in the back half of each episode, you get a lil bite-sized snack of information about some topic that Jordan or Lex is excited about. It’s like... Sawbones in the front, Wonderful in the back.

Anyway, if you are someone with ADHD, or you know and love someone with ADHD, this podcast is for you. It is cozy and funny and informative all at once.
