I dispel more porn myths that are creating panic, shame, and fear, and show you how most of the research available to us is biased. Learn about the ongoing research project we’re undertaking, non-shame-based reasons for you to work through a porn habit, and why busting these myths will give you more freedom and control over how you want to use your sexuality.

The best podcast on overcoming pornography

I’ve been listening to this podcast for the past 6 months and it has been absolutely life changing and has completely transformed my relationship with pornography. I struggled with so much shame and doubt around my sexuality and hearing Sara break this complex topic down with so much grace has made me break so many false beliefs around porn.

Great work Sara!

Thank you Sara! Keep up the great work.

Is there a resource for quitting porn without Jesus?

This is a great podcast, and I appreciate Sarah’s evidence and method based approach to quitting porn. I’m ten episodes in and I’m encouraged by the way she lays out the root of the problem, identifying triggers, etc. I appreciate even more that it’s free.
It’s not often, but whenever she says “as a child of god” I get totally distracted by that, and I can’t focus on the actual point of the episode. That’s said, I’ll still be listening as it’s only once in a while and not too off putting.
