Professional Athlete and Coach, Priscilla Tallman, is dedicated to being the coach she never had. She combines her love of children and sport with her degree in clinical psychology and athletic experience to positively impact the young athletes she has in her care. Because coaches have a tremendous responsibility, Priscilla wants them to understand the need to continually be growing, focusing on safety, instilling trust as well as being trustworthy. She uses her 30 Day Reset Journal to walk her team through mental health, mindset, goals, values  and communication with their teammates and themselves so they can become the healthiest and most productive athletes and individuals.
