An expert in pharmaceutical policy and practice, she has also served in many other capacities, including having testified in front of the U.S. Senate on opioid policy, representing Kaiser Permanente on the National Quality Forum's Opioid Action Team, and serving on the Virginia Governor’s Task Force on Opioid and Heroin Use.
