I’m a long time listener of this podcast. I probably should have written this review years ago. PH has truly been life changing for me. Joel & Antonia are great and at this point I feel like I practically know them! They put out an amazing amount of helpful and informative (free!) content every week. For anyone who is interested in personality types and personal development this is a must listen. I’m an INTJ and the knowledge they have shared has truly helped me understand myself better and propel my life forward in ways that I don’t think would have been possible if I hadn’t discovered them. I’ve also bought several of their programs all of which have been great. Do your future self a favor and listen to this podcast. Thanks J&A for everything.
This podcast is my favorite anti-anxiety “drug” of choice

I have been a avid listener of your podcast for the last couple years. I found personality hacker in my search to help me understand and better parent my strong willed teenage son. I am an ISFJ and my son I believe is any ESTP. Learning about our differences has completely changed the way I parent him and our relationship. His value for truth and honesty and my value for peace and harmony was a constant source of frustration with us. I couldn’t understand why he would do and say the things he did. His frank and often times harsh honesty was jarring and uncomfortable for my “everyone please be nice” parenting style. Learning that he goes through the world and sees things different than me gave me a whole new level of patience, and understanding with him. I also have realized how afraid I often am and how much I have allowed that to dictate the way I parent. I have done a lot of work and I am still working through my fears. My own mother and grandmother were terrified of everything. Its so hard at times but, I am learning to encourage him and my two daughters to be brave, to try new things, to be adventurous. At times, I feel I have to walk away from being present at some of their adventures because I don’t want my fear to influence their experiences or make them feel afraid. Overcoming my fears I know will be a lifelong journey, but your podcast has helped me find a sense of calm when my fears and anxiety start to overwhelm me. Your podcast Has it been a huge source of comfort for me. As I continue to learn and understand myself and those around me. Thank you for continuing to put out content week after week it really does make such a difference in my life.
