Another book review for you! "Overwhelmed: Work, Love, And Play When No One Has The Time" by Brigid Schulte is so well written from a working mom's perspective with lots of great time analogies that I know you will relate to.  Many times, the overwhelm comes from not having enough time so I'm sharing 3 tips to help you take back control of your time to lose the overwhelm!
