The ABSOLUTE BEST

Our family was looking for a supplement to support our family’s reading journey in 2019 and have been on board ever since! Her free resources are beyond amazing but her programs are approachable and work to teach your children to actually learn how to read. Miss Beth cares about each and every single child and listens to the kids and parents needs and questions and then builds even more resources! Learning to read is an every day thing in our family and it’s always FUN! Miss Beth teaches your children so much more then simply reading she teaches your child how to struggle and overcome obstacles and practice feeling their feelings and letting them move thru you. She is the best. When I say she is another member of our family it’s true!

As a longtime follower of Miss Beth on Instagram, I was thrilled to discover this pod. This podcast is a game-changer for parents of early readers, and I can't recommend it enough. It's packed with insightful tips and practical advice that every parent should hear, especially before their child starts reading. Miss Beth's long-form content in this podcast format is both engaging and incredibly informative. I'm so glad she's made this valuable resource available to more people.

I started listening to this podcast when my kids entered kindergarten. It made me feel more involved in the way that they were learning how to read and allowed me to recognize some less than optimal strategies being employed in their classroom. I’ve been working with my kids using one of Miss Beth‘s online courses and have seen significant progress and feel confident knowing that I am helping to lay a strong foundation for how they learn to read.
So much great advice to help teach my kids!

I can’t like this podcast enough! There is so much great information to help me with my 6 and 4 year old. My 6 year old was struggling with reading and this has helped me navigate it and also keep him motivated to read.
Miss Beth is a favorite in our house!

I can’t even begin to say how incredibly grateful I am for Miss Beth!! She has always been a favorite follow of mine on Instagram and now I can listen to her podcast for more helpful ways to teach my children. Not only do I love her play on words podcast, but I have also purchased her learning to read program and swear by all of her reading tips and tricks. Whenever my children hear me listening to her podcast they yell “Miss Beth!” because they recognize her voice from her amazing learning to read videos. Please never stop! You are helping kids and families everyday.

More Than Just For Reading

Our 3 year old really didn’t talk and wasn’t into books/storytime. That all changed when I found Miss Beth on her Instagram and Podcoast. Listening to Miss Beth and learning that engaging in reading can start by simply reading a book to your kiddo during bath time! Her book recommendations are STELLAR (Mr Magee, Bug on the Rug, Room On the Broom, etc) and she talks about HOW to read, phonetic awareness, rhyming, and more. As we step into public school, Miss Beth talks candidly about what to look for in curriculum and how to have a conversation with school officials if you thunkmchanges need to be made. We are better parents because of Miss Beth and most importantly, our kiddo is having FUN while learning to read! THANK YOU!
Incredible Resource

I taught first grade for 8 years and currently stay home with my daughter. This podcast is a wealth of knowledge and a joy to listen to. I’m taking notes every episode and excited to do things differently with my own daughter and the kids I tutor!! Miss Beth is a breath of fresh air, it feels like a conversation with a great friend! It’s reassuring that all of those years I wasn’t wrong when I felt things were “off” in the classroom… So excited to apply what I learn from this podcast and explore a new way of teaching and learning!

My oldest child who is in seventh grade is an excellent reader. My two younger children who are in second and first are just learning. My first grader has down syndrome and loves to read. Listening to just one of your episodes has helped me try to help both of them! Thank you for continuing to put out new episodes. Will continue listening! if there is a specific episode that would help me with my daughter with down syndrome, please let me know. She is so smart and willing to learn. I just wanna teach her the best way possible! It seems like you’re way is that way!
