@mrseschler ,

Gentle, casual, and straightforward

Steve speaks like he is engaged in a meaningful conversation. He just seems like a really nice guy who truly cares about teachers and students. Also the episodes are the perfect length.

So many great things here!

My favorite part about this podcast is getting to listen in to real coaching conversations. This an an invaluable experience. But Steve also shares so much wisdom, and he lets us in on his thought processes. Many of his episodes are also geared to classroom teachers, not just coaches, which makes it easy to share his insights with teachers. I’m just sorry I only recently discovered this podcast!
