Breathes empathy, compassion, and candor

This podcast is what Dr. Solomon would say… “delicious”. I truly look forward to each podcast episode that comes out weekly. Each episode is well-thought out, universally relatable, and feels like a warm hug. While these podcasts are not therapy (I have my own therapist that I’ve been seeing for almost 4 years now), it feels like another tool to add to my tool box. I highly recommend this podcast… so much so that this is my first time writing a podcast review!

NYC is home ,

Thoughtful and clear

Well thought-out episodes but the two recent ones on relational ambivalence are especially interesting and helpful.
