Beginning my Positive Journey

I’ve been going through a lot during the new year of 2023. Parmis advice has helped me throughout my journey. As being a full time student and employee, this podcast is a great reminder of how to focus on myself. This podcast has changed how I view different situations. I appreciate this podcast to help me build myself as a person especially during rough times in life.
