While hustle is important if you don’t take time to rest and recharge your body and mind it will eventually catch up to you.

In this week’s episode, Dan and Ildiko have a conversation about some of the healthy changes they’ve made to their diets and wellness routines ever since Ildiko got sick. They chat about the foods that they feed their kids, how the whole family avoids sugar, and Dan sheds some insight on what it’s like to turn 50 years old.
