They’ve recently begun participating in a new program through Catalyst Health Rx that enables patients to meet virtually with a pharmacist before they leave their physician’s office to improve understanding of medication plans and engagement in their health journeys. In this episode, we discuss the initial success and struggles that they have experienced while using this program, and what that means for their practice.
