The Principal Podcast Party with Keith and Alison is a monthly (new episodes drop on the first Monday of each month) podcast where P3 team members Keith Griesser and Alison Gregory discuss current educational leadership topics. We believe every school deserves a dynamic principal who fights mediocrity and empowers those around them EVERY DAY.
The Principal Partnership Project (P3) is a division of the Kentucky Department of Education created to provide state-wide, personalized support to principals and school leaders.
Let’s get this party started!

Episode 6 - You Are Not Alone
The principal's chair can sometimes feel like a lonely place. One of the primary missions of P3 is to bring principals together so that collaboration can take place and best practices can be shared. We want MORE kids to have BETTER experiences and one of the best ways for that to happen is by connecting with other principals. In this episode, Keith talks through some ways that principals can connect with principals and other school leaders locally, regionally, and nationally.

One excellent resource for connecting with other principals that I did not mention in this episode is the Regional Cooperatives. Our state cooperatives not only offer regional professional learning opportunities, but also provide MANY opportunities for principals to connect with one another. Links to the cooperatives can be found here.
