So genuinely authentic

Discovering this podcast has helped me traverse the world of food and exercise after being a victim of Orthorexia. After dating a body builder for over 3 years and constantly trying to become something I wasn't, this podcast has helped me accept myself and all of my lumps, bumps, quirks and rolls! A must for those on the Intuitive Eating journey

This podcast is worth listening to. Caitlyn gives good, relevant information in a really interesting, organized way. She has a great way of presenting of her topics. And her voice is calm and soothing. After reading, Intuitive Eating, I found this podcast to be a great reminder of the key points highlighted in the book. It is a really useful support tool if you are on the journey of Intuitive Eating. I can’t recommend this podcast enough.
