Awesome stories for average runners

I binged the entire podcast series this week as I combed the internet for content for 6-7 hour pace marathon runners. There isn’t much out there for people planning on this pace. This podcast covers so many inspiring stories from weight loss, battling cancer, or just being relatively new to running. Those featured and the host have such wonderfully encouraging stories.

Very inspirational podcast

This podcast is so inspirational and motivating. I really enjoy listening as I go for a run. I have recommended this podcast to my non running friends that don’t believe they can.
