This week's Nutritalk sees me speaking to Registered Nutritional Therapist, Louise Goulding, who specialises in skin health.

The skin has been a hot topic as of recent, especially off the back of the pandemic with just our faces constantly on zoom calls. Our skin is often a reflection of our internal health.  Poor digestion, hormonal imbalances, stress and toxin exposure can all affect it.  But our different diets, lifestyles, environment and genetics mean that we can’t take a ‘one size fits all’ approach to tackling skin conditions. One thing that we do know is a diet that is good for your general health is a diet that is good for your skin! 

Louise discusses with us today simple and sustainable changes you can make to your diet and lifestyle today, including loading up on antioxidants, feeding those gut bugs and loving your omegas!
