Valuable content explained easily

I appreciate your approach to all things that are sales. I am in the field of solar sales and feel I haven’t quite reached my potential. I’ve always been told I’m a natural salesman, from early on til now I’ve always enjoyed the art of selling and closing. I have definitely picked up many gems from your pod cast.
My question is how could someone like meWith a reasonable amount of success go out and drum up business of my own different from the company leaves that I am assigned. Not only is the pay out three times larger for self generated business but it tends to not cancel or get stuck in the pipeline. Thanks for all your help and all your words Victor. Sincerely Geoffrey
