If you have hyperthyroidism (Graves' disease, toxic multinodular goiter, etc.) or Hashimoto's thyroiditis and are looking to do everything to save your thyroid gland, then the Save My Thyroid podcast is for you! Dr. Eric Osansky DC, IFMCP is the host, as he personally was diagnosed with Graves' disease in 2008 and was able to get into remission taking a natural approach. He created this podcast to help others with hyperthyroidism and Hashimoto's save their thyroid and regain their health. If you have hyperthyroidism then pretty much all of the episodes will benefit you, and if you have Hashimoto's you'll benefit from most of the guest expert episodes, as well as some of the "solo" episodes. The reason there is more of a focus on hyperthyroidism is because all of the other thyroid-related podcasts focus mostly on hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's, and since Dr. Eric personally dealt with Graves' disease he wanted this podcast to focus more on hyperthyroidism, although it will still offer plenty of value to those with hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's. Dr. Eric Osansky lives in Matthews NC with his wife, 2 daughters, 3 cats, 2 dogs, and 3 guinea pigs! He has been a practitioner for 20+ years, and has focused on helping people with thyroid and autoimmune thyroid conditions since 2009.

Alternative Breast Cancer Screening and Treatment Options with Dr. Jenn Simmons

Alternative Breast Cancer Screening and Treatment Options with Dr. Jenn Simmons

“There is no survival advantage to screening with mammograms.” - Dr. Jenn SimmonsFor over 50 years, healthcare providers have told women how important it is to have a mammogram every year after a certain age. With mammograms positioned as the primary screening tool for breast cancer, these annual visits are dutifully maintained for years in the hope that they will act as an early warning system. Unfortunately, the data doesn’t support this theory.Research shows that there was no survival adva...

Should Thytrophin PMG be taken by those with Graves’ disease and Hashimoto’s?

Should Thytrophin PMG be taken by those with Graves’ disease and Hashimoto’s?

Thytrophin PMG is a supplement from Standard Process® that contains bovine thyroid PMG™ extract and a proprietary Protomorphogen™ blend. It’s been around for many years, and it's not uncommon for me to encounter patients who have been supplementing with it.In theory, Thytrophin PMG is supposed to act as a decoy for the immune system to attack the supplement instead of the thyroid gland. Today, I’m sharing what you need to know before taking Thytrophin PMG and whether it’s an effective supplem...

You gave me hope!

Thank you, Dr. Eric!

When I was diagnosed with Graves in 2018, you were one of the first (and by far, the best) resources I found, and you gave me hope! I immediately altered my diet and within a year, I was off meds and in remission.

I remain in remission today and continue to be vigilant about my lifestyle and diet.

In a word with so few valuable resources regarding hyperthyroidism and Graves, you’re testimony and information is priceless!

I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. I had zero knowledge about this condition. After following Dr. Eric Osansky for a short time, I learned so much. Dr. Osansky is a living encyclopedia on Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism. He is very generous in sharing his knowledge and educating patients about this disease. He is very passionate in helping patients and saving their thyroid. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Osansky! I also love his bootcamps and live Zoom calls. - Seema Singh

This podcast gave me hope!

I binge listened to Dr. Eric’s podcasts after being diagnosed by my primary care physician with Graves’ disease in 2022. His first solution was radiation to destroy my thyroid and his second solution was medication. I knew I didn’t want rather of these choices but I didn’t know where to go to find the information I needed. After a brief search I came across Dr. Eric’s podcasts. The information was incredibly valuable to me and I was able to make an informed decision about natural treatment options even after being told over and over again by my PCP that there was no natural treatment for Graves. I am beyond grateful that my T4,T3, and TSH levels are now all in normal range! I am so thankful for this free information that gave me hope and the determination to get my Graves into remission! Thank you! Thank you!
