James is from Alameda & Jay is from Pomona California, where they co-created @thehighway2healing podcast dedicated to changing the narrative of healing and trauma in our community.
As well as Sharon Frasier (@Baytherapist) is an Oakland native and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. For the past decade, she has worked in community mental health serving those diagnosed with severe mental health challenges. Sharon also owns a part-time practice and many conversations are around “adulting” and how to manage anxiety/depression when navigating life, career, and relationships and co-hosting @thehighway2healing podcast. Her therapeutic approach guides clients to tap into their strengths.
