Huge appreciation
Knowledge not available elsewhere in the West
To get the same degree of classical unadulterated information from an authentic practitioner and initiate of these arts, you’d have to spend a decade in Asia developing trust and relationships with teachers, and putting in the effort of dedicated daily practice to be eligible to receive these teachings. People underestimate the degree of esotericism of these arts in this modern era of new age consumerism. Precious knowledge! Lotus Neigong is the only school in the western world I’m aware of in which the Daoist arts seem to have arrived in any meaningful way without being watered down!
Five stars
This podcast has very helpful information for any Qi gong practitioner. Lotus Nei Gong is a wonderful school, and I have learned a lot training with them.
