Selective Focus: You Can't Do It All Genuine Gainz

    • Health & Fitness

Welcome to another mental health focused episode! This one is all about the hard lesson that, unfortunately, we can’t improve every aspect of our life or our health at once. I’ve had to learn this hard lesson by sacrificing my mental health for various areas of my life that I think I can improve all at the same time… that has never worked out too well.

In this episode, you’ll get to hear some of my vulnerable experiences trying (and failing) to improve in every area - and how I’ve grown to accept where I’m at in some pieces of my life while actively working on improving others. Hopefully this episode can be both relatable and inspiring!

Don't forget to rate and review if you enjoyed!
