Love these episodes of incredible women who have done so much by sheer grit! If they can do it, so can I! I feel inspired and invigorated! Love it!!

KundaliniBecca ,

Kristina is an incredible host!

Inspired by the stories of many strong women, especially what I learned from the episode on surviving Narcissistic abuse. What I like most of all is how Kristina really supports and holds space for her guests. She takes the time to learn about them and the interviews reflect a compassion for them while also asking questions with her audience in mind.
