Great grounding podcast

My favorite guided meditations!

I could meditate to Amelia reading a banana bread recipe. Her voice/presence is so calming and soothing it puts me at ease and lifts the stress right out of my mind and body. Amelia has a calm and peacefulness that exudes from her soul and she graciously shares that gift with her students and listeners. Her guided meditations have been especially helpful to me this year during the pandemic. I was having a really hard time relaxing and sleeping. Her meditations enabled me to do both. She is truly talented in guiding you to a place of internal rest and relaxation. Thank you, Amelia for sharing your gifts with us!
