Spousing: A pro-marriage podcast for the rest of us.
Lauren is an elementary school teacher, queer lady, and IPA enthusiast. Katie is a psychotherapist who never uses her inside voice. We're best friends, newly(ish) weds, and totally would have been separated for talking too much if we had been in grade school together. Drawing from personal experience, expert opinion, and conventional wisdom, we approach the gravitas of marriage with candor and levity. We take marriage seriously; ourselves not so much.

Let’s Talk About Love.
Fun and lighthearted, but at the same time full of soul searching, inspirational relationship analysis. They make us think that we can and should make our relationships better by putting the necessary work into them. There’s an emphasis on respectful discourse with our partners. This is especially true in episode 23 about being willing to learn from our partners. I’ve listened to these podcasts over time and they keep getting better, wiser, deeper and more relevant. Well done!
Love it!
Listening to these two ladies is easy and fun. They each share such unique perspectives on marriage. Can’t wait to share with my partner. Keep it up guys!!
Fun to listen.. and actually might change my life?!
Full disclosure: I tuned in without considering my own relationship- we’re perfect, obviously- I was just curious. But several weeks in, this podcast has had a profoundly positive impact on my marriage. I didn’t realize how many little things I was doing that I could shift just so, in order to change how I see my partner, and how I make him feel. I honestly had never bothered putting any work or extra thought into our relationship post-marriage... I thought we already had it figured out. THANK YOU for revamping my perspective and helping me improve my marriage in ways I didn’t even realize we needed!
