The Perfect Blend of Fun

I’m loving this podcast so much! Hosts/coaches Mich and Erin bring the banter and fun that makes you feel like you’re part of their team, while also sharing so much valuable knowledge and wisdom around all things running. You will giggle to yourself while listening, but you’ll also come away from each episode feeling inspired to be YOUR best running self. I love their focus as run coaches on sustainability, consistency, and leaning into your own unique strengths as a runner. Five stars, but I’d give it six!
