Dr. G mixes insight with funny, and it’s great

It’s refreshing and frankly good for the soul to hear from someone as knowledgable as Dr. Gilliland discuss real issues we are all grappling with - and then bring a sense of humor and approachability to the table. Man, I love it and this podcast has given me some real tools to help me strengthen my psychological muscles.
