my cup do not touch ,

Cliché Presentation

Presenting mental health information with the dynamics and cadence used in leading a meditation, as done here, is so cliché as to be distracting. Even after setting the playback speed to x1.75, the breathy, overly-deliberate presentation of words, two to four at a time, punctuated by long pauses was to much a distraction for me to continue listening. And it’s a shame, because the information seemed otherwise useful.

Simple! Informative! Fantastic!

This podcast does an excellent job at giving you a lot of great, relevant information with out being too time consuming or using a lot of jargon. It’s easy to understand and gives you a little something to think about each day on your journey to greater mental wellbeing.
