    Class and Classy

    Class and Classy

On this week’s episode of the Style Masterclass Podcast, we’re talking about class and classy. No, this is not about how to be more classy. It’s about the way we use these terms and it may not be what you think.
    You’ll learn:
How class and classy are used What I’ve learned from doing vibe checks with clients The true meaning of “style” What does classy and class really imply when they’re used? I want to create a community that has a sense of belonging where high-achieving women get to examine the rules they’ve been handed and re-write them for themselves. I want to create access rather than obstacles.

    What is Underneath Your _____

    What is Underneath Your _____

On this week’s episode of the Style Masterclass Podcast, we’re talking about what is underneath your fill-in-the-blank. I coach a lot of women who carry some sort of coat or cardigan around in their professional life, and I’ve noticed an interesting thought pattern among them I want to share today.
    You’ll learn:
The common thought pattern I see in my clients  Why hiding under your coat/cardigan  is no longer serving you You can buy clothing that actually fits your physical body  You can find clothing that actually fits your lifestyle and feels amazing and stylish without having to tell yourself to pop a ___ over it. We can find clothing that fits your lifestyle even in an extremely professional setting. Start to define for yourself what it means to show up professionally.

Conquer and Slay!

I wish I had found Miss J and her podcast years ago. Judith‘s enthusiasm and genuine care and concern for helping women look and FEEL their best comes through so powerfully in every episode. I adore that what she really does is help you reprogram your negative inner monologue but this is disguised as overhauling (or maybe just making small changes in) your wardrobe. Not that changing the clothing you present yourself to the world in isn’t a big deal, but the much bigger deal is changing your thoughts about yourself and your perspective on yourself and your life so that leveling up your clothing not only becomes much easier, but maybe even becomes the default at some point. You eventually get to a point where you don’t *want* to wear your “janky” undies anymore. You deserve better, and you’re willing to spend a few extra bucks (if able) to do better. I only discovered Miss J a few months ago but I’ve made my way through all the podcast episodes from the beginning, and there are a few that I’ve found myself listening to over and over because they never get old and they just really resonate with me. (I would tell you which ones they are, but honestly, other ones might speak to you more. Totally an individual thing!) Beauty is not a size, weight, or age. It’s an attitude that comes from inside. Thank you, Judith Gaton! 💛
