I Got A Hair Transplant In Turkey - Istanbul, Walk and Talk
I was going to keep it private but people started to find out. I got a hair transplant. And I had a second operation to get a lipoma removed. At the end of this episode I talk a little about functional versus emotional advertising. But most of the episode is about hair and Istanbul. You can find videos about the experience on my Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/markpollard

A 1AM Interview With The Team That Got Women’s Names Onto Street Signs In Tbilisi - Ad Black Sea
Watergunz won two golds at the recent Ad Black Sea festival for a campaign called “Women Who Don’t Exist”. They won in the Impact category for Creative Strategy and Sustainable Development Goals. Their campaign managed to get the Tbilisi government to change street names to the names of accomplished women. I was fortunate to be the one who handed them their trophies in front of well over one thousand people and a few stray dogs that had wondered into the Summer Theatre in Batum, Georgia. I grabbed the team at 1am just after the ceremony had finished to find out how they were feeling. Thank you!
Inspirational, informative, and entertaining. Excellent podcast!
Such a wealth of knowledge! 🧠
This is one of the most insightful podcasts that I have ever come across! Mark does such a great job of sharing his wisdom and I love how he leads meaningful conversations with guests who bring so much experience to the table. Highly recommend checking this show out - you won’t be disappointed!
Calling All Thinkers
If you’re currently a Strategist looking to refine your craft. If you’ve ever thought, hey, Strategy sounds interesting but like, what’s all this nonsense about insights and tension? If you have nothing to do with Strategy but have a brain and have wondered what to do with all the thoughts, feelings and words that bounce around inside you. Well then, Sweathead is for you. Mark has had a major influence on me, on the Strategy team I lead, and even friends who work in entirely different fields but have been seriously moved to near tears by Mark’s vulnerability and sincerity (true story). Seriously recommend.
