Help for mental health is for everyone
This podcast does a great job of introducing mental health in a relatable way. Rohan ties his personal experience to evidence-based practices and discusses how mental health can affect anyone. In every episode, I find myself verbally agreeing with him and sometimes laughing out loud at the truth of his words. By the end, parts of myself are healed just by hearing that I’m not alone with these thoughts and my struggles. Simply put, Rohan’s down-to-earth approach helps us find our humanity and builds connection in an era of isolation.
Vulnerable and spot on
Rohan’s openness with his mental health journey is a sincere attempt to point out the ways in which depression can play out over the course of a few years. His self reflection is shared and demonstrated in an attempt to assist those who may struggle to identify the markers on their own. Rooting for this podcast to continue to grow and shine 🙌🏾
