Great Podcast

I binged all these podcasts and found them very informative. However, sad that they ended adruptly without explanation. Just hoping everyone is well.

Positive message

I just listened to your Podcast with Lauren FitzGerald. So inspirational. You totally touch my soul. The content on changes of our bodies due to age was something I just journaled that morning. I am now binge listening to you podcast and I just want to thank you for really reaching us that are creeping up at age. I am now 60 and teach fitness for fun. And I am always telling the ladies to keep moving. So happy to have found your words. Thank you

Excellent first podcast

This was an excellent first podcast! The information is very well rounded hitting on nutrition, exercise and most importantly the mind body connection. Tamilee has a beautiful voice and presence that is somehow calming and inspirational at the same time. I loved the “delete and rephrase” section as much as the “affirmation or constipation”. I can’t wait to listen to episode 2!
