Great proptech podcast

Lots of great guests and topics in the proptech building space!

josecitodr ,

Very informative

To the point all questions and answers.

SAARKÉSH ,

Hot Topics Short of Real Analysis

Case in point, a recent episode on current crisis in housing affordability completely ignored two key issues:

1. increased competition from all cash deals
2. Lack of accurate objective data analysis on valuation & appraisals

Home ownership in the 21st century needs a business model paradigm shift gentlemen. Not just the obvious noise reduction and simplification in all inefficient processing!
