Emotional resilience
Such a timely topic for myself as a parent. The talking points provided reinforcement for how I support my own children in their day to day stresses and brings home additional practical ways I can best build the emotional resilience it takes to propel them forward. Good insight. Enjoyed listening.

This podcast gives great insight into what educators and students are navigating during a pandemic and other stressors that cause trauma for even our youngest learners! Dr. Smith does an amazing job of diving deep into the current issues that face education!!
