and spirit is damaged or hurt we weaken and our lives can become unmanageable. Once we are in
trouble mentally, physically, or spiritually we must go look for help, so we can live life to the fullest. We
can and will reach our potential when we say hello to our problems and say goodbye to them with the
help of healers, knowledge keepers, counsellors, and mentors. Healing is in ceremony, music, good food,
counselling, meditation and positive activities. Our healing strengthens when we support others on the
    Healing Road"

Best way to start my day

Thank you Gerry for your generous spirit. I listen to your calming, nurturing voice as I get ready for my day. Your gentle encouragements and powerful truth-telling sets me on a heart-centered path for the day - I feel more gentle with myself and others after taking in your words. They remind me that I’m first and foremost a “spiritual being having a human existence.” Cutswyi! Peace-your devoted listener from Brooklyn, NY (original Lands of the Canarsie/Lenape).
