This podcast has elevated my consciousness quite a bit, but it’s very clear that this guy has never experienced real trauma. He has no real experience of discrimination, marginalization, or abuse. Some of these recordings illustrate a lack of real knowledge of what the rest of us are going through. For example, to tell an actual victim that they are “living like a victim” and basically it’s your fault is not just unhelpful, but damaging. Some of us were brainwashed by our parents to be primed for abuse and our nervous systems conditioned to reactivity.

I discovered Aaron’s work on another podcast and was so excited to find he had one of his one. I’ve been listening to an episode during my morning walks, and feel an incredible shift happening inside of me. Thank you, Aaron from the bottom of my heart.
