The Art of Fully Feeling: How to Embrace and Express your Emotions
Episode #017: In this episode we delve into the transformative process of fully feeling and expressing difficult emotions, in order to process grief and heal pain. As Arthur Janov wisely said: "Feeling is the antithesis of pain. The more pain one feels, the less pain one suffers." Today I unpack what that means and give you insights and tools to help you with your own process.
You'll learn:
Why feeling and emoting are feminine and masculine processes that complement each other.
Why you need to integrate both to fully heal.
Tools and strategies to help you to sit with your feelings and repressed emotions.
Tools and strategies to help you ease into the emoting process.

Mirror, Mirror on the Wall: How to Find your Self in a Relationship
Episode #012: Do you wonder why you keep running into the same kind of relationship issues? Are you keen on improving your current relationship? Or maybe you aren't in a relationship and want to learn better ways to show up for the next one? If so, this episode is the right choice for you. We look at romantic relationships as containers for growth, and how they can help you to find your SELF and become more emotionally savvy. Quick disclaimer: I am no relationship expert. However, what I am very good at is helping people transform their own behavioural patterns, by understanding what they project in their partners. Therefore, my aim is not to give you any relationship advice, but rather to show you how you can read your mirror image and, therefore, improve the relationship that you have with yourself, and, in turn, the way you show up in your relationships.
You'll learn:
What the purpose of a relationship is on a growth level.
Why opposites attract.
Why what attracts you to a person can potentially also end up drawing you away from them.
How to embrace your mirror image and its lessons.
Simple questions to help you reflect on what shadow aspects your partner is inviting you to integrate.
