    183 | Blue Moon in Sagittarius Meaning: A Trauma-Informed Look at Expansion, Beliefs, & Nervous System Safety

    180 | Emotional Healing and Mental Health: When Symptoms Are Really Unprocessed Emotions

    In this episode, I continue last week’s conversation around people-pleasing, emotional over-responsibility, and nervous system survival by exploring the deeper connection between emotional healing and mental health. For Mental Health Awareness Month, I wanted to open up a more nuanced conversation around suppressed emotions, trauma, nervous system patterns, and the way emotional pain can slowly become identity.
